Inspired by Corporal Andrew “Boomer” Eykelenboom, a dedicated soldier and a Canadian Armed Forces medic killed by a suicide bomber on August 11, 2006, Boomer’s Legacy is a fund dedicated to helping our troops help others at home and abroad.

We empower Canadian Armed Forces members with the ability to carry on Andrew’s strongly felt desire to provide much needed humanitarian assistance wherever they are.

Funds raised through Boomer’s Legacy support Canadian Armed Forces members to help the people in communities where they serve. This simple act of kindness can have a huge impact, not only in the lives of others but also to soldiers, sailors, and aviators. Making a difference can be a source of strength in what can sometimes be difficult situations.
