Rainbow Kitchen has been delighted to have had such a wonderful experience with Boomer’s Legacy (HeroWork) and their participation during the Radical Renovation in the fall of 2016.

Not only did Boomer’s Legacy give a grant to help fund the Radical Renovation for Rainbow Kitchen, but they also donated the beautiful venue for the appreciation night so we could fully thank all the supporters, donors and members of the communities who helped make this happen.

Boomer’s Legacy spearheaded between 65‒75 military personnel who volunteered for each day of the first weekend of transformation. We are so grateful to have had such a committed group be a part of this event and have since built a strong and positive relationship with Boomer’s Legacy and CFB Esquimalt.

With the big reveal of the newly renovated Rainbow Kitchen, we were marched to the front doors with an astounding 16-piece Military Band along with a large number of members within the community.  It was a very exciting time and we are so happy to have shared these moments together.

Boomer’s Legacy is an amazing organization and we are pleased to write our letter of support of the work that they do in the surrounding communities.

With many thanks,

Gigi Aivazoff
